The English Language Self-Access Centre (ELSAC) at the University of Auckland, New Zealand

Students
Possibly 10,000 of the University’s student population may have a level of English that could result in difficulties in studying through the English medium or in students receiving lower grades.
Purpose
ELSAC provides language support to students and staff for whom English is an additional language. Attendance is voluntary.

Facilities and materials
1,400 (mainly academic) English language learning materials. Most of these resources are available electronically
