OK, here's a new idea... it's a SIG blog! Not quite sure where it will go, but I'd like to try it out. It seems that blogs are everywhere these days. I was looking at MySpace this morning and lots of my favourite bands are keeping blogs to let people know about tour dates, new releases and songs they are working on. OK, so SIG life isn't as glamorous as that.... but a blog could be a good way to keep members up to date on events, publications and ideas in the works. Perhaps it could also spark some discussions. Let's give it a go! Don't forget to check in regularly and feel free to add comments. Unfortunately, it isn't a multi-authorable blog, but if anyone would like to start off a discussion, report back on an event, or make an announcement, feel free to e-mail me (or to just use the regular e-list).
